General Update

My blog has been rather abondoned recently, being in the car accident led to several things causing this:
1. General Tiredness / headaches / not feeling too good
2. Shoulder Injured, and too much typing causes aching
3. Hours of phone calls and so on to insurance company / garages / police / others involved . etc etc
4. Trying to look for a new car
5. Trying to get my life all in order, so if anything like this happens again it will be easier next time !

Both me and John are 90% recovered now. Stiff necks and other bruises still remain, but thats about it now. It is strange though how much something like that leads your mind to run through all the "what if" scenarios . You know it wont do you any good, and you cant change what happened, but it still seems to happen. What if we had gone over the central reservation ? What if it had been me that had hit the car in front first ? What if the car behind had hit that caravan that it narrowly missed ? What if one of us or both of us had been seriously hurt ? And so on.

On a more happy note, here are some photos of me and John (my boyfriend) night of Torture Garden, yes he really is that tall ! And no, I am not short. He is 6'8", and I am 5'8", so a foot between us, but we manage just fine.

Apart from that I have been sleeping lots, riding horse again, and getting back into being at work again after most of last week off. More good news is I am seeing my darling John tonight, and got a good weekend planned seeing an old school friend of mine and so on.

Bank Holiday Weekend Madness

A hell a lot of stuff happened this weekend. It was one of those weekends that feel more like a month. I have just got back to work and seemingly normality after a hectic and variation of events over the past 5 days. Firstly, Torture Garden was great fun, a real eye opener in many ways. But the most significant event and the one on my mind constantly at the moment is a car accident I was involved in on Monday evening. The good news is both me and John (who was in the car with me) are amazingly and very fortunately fine, with a few minor exceptions of bumps and bruises and stiff necks. The bad news is the car is written off. So you could say, what is the big deal ? I had a car acccident, the insurance will pay up on the car, and my muscles will mend, so no long term harm done. But then you think about what it is like to be hit by a car behind going about 70mph, to then career towards the central reservation, and scrape down both the central crash barrier and the car that was in front of me, to then spin around and end up facing the wrong way with traffic piling up towards you. Fucking scary, I can tell you that. And then when I looked over and John appeared to be curled up holding his head .... I was even more scared. But I talked to him, and he replied and we both got ourselves out the car and onto the grass at the side of the motorway, and waited for the police and the ambulances and the ensuing chaos. Maybe I will write more about this later, for now I am going back to work, too much typing is making my shoulder ache again. Grrr.

Attack of Jealousy

I am not normally a jealous person. But last night I got jealous. And I hate it when I have emotions that I cannot control, and rationally know that i shouldnt be having.
Torture Garden: Outfit decided

Ok this is the deal: I have a kimono = japanese. It is satiny material, base colour of a turquoise blue and very flamboyant, and ankle length. Underneath this I am planning to wear gold sandals (trust me, they look better than they sound, just a thick section across top of foot), very very small gold hot pants, a diesel top that adrian gave to me which is white cotton, with chiffon and lace cut out sections on the front, so worn with no underwear you can see my nipple piercing. And then do something amazing and attempting to be oriental with my hair. I tired it out last night, and if I loop around sections of my hair then pin them up, it looks quite impressive. I will try and take pics of the final result !

Torture Garden : Japanese Theme

I am going to Torture Garden on friday night, and there is a Japanese theme. Dress Code:
Geisha + Manga + Schoolgirl + Kimono + Kamikaze + sumb
Kendo + Ninja + Anime + Sailor Moon + Hello Kitty + Mishima
etc etc !!

Now this should inspire all sorts of possibilities, which it does, except how to be both Japanese and sexy and fetish all at the same time, especially when I have long blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair from a slight japanese figure ! Now there is an interesting challenge. Or I could just sod it and just go in straightforward rubber/leather kinky gear. Sigh, the decisions of life for a girl on a night out to Torture Garden ....

Last thought of the day
Life sometimes feels like juggling balls, and always desperately trying not to drop a single ball, even though at times you feel like falling to the ground and letting the balls tumble around you. Every now and then it all goes really smoothly and you smile to yourself and enjoy it happening. Other times you just madly worry as to what will happen if you let one drop, or maybe even all of them and have to start all over again. Sometimes someone throws you a new ball and you just focus on that one for a while.

Overriding thought of the day:

I miss my John. Every minute I am not with him I miss him. Is that sad ? pathetic ? romantic ? any others ? I dont know, and I dont say that for any other reason than it is true. So true it almost hurts.

This is using WinWAP v3.0 a wml browser on PC. So now although I am using waplogger I dont have to use a poxy phone keypad. Although obviously I could have just used a standard HTML browser as per normal .... but where is the interest in that . OK, I am just having a play using all the 101 emulators that I have on my computer. And that is for work rather than just spare time hobbies before anyone thinks I am just completely 100% geekness !

So there I was doing some testing on Sky TV and I flick back to the TV channel, which happened to be BBC News 24. And I am faced with someone I was at school with reading out the weather ! I had heard that she was now doing this, but it was still kind of strange to see someone I used to know pretty well appearing in front of me in such a completely different context. Also found out she has a profile on the BBC site. Small, small world ...

Last blog was sent using blogger.com's latest technology called "Waplogger", enabling you to post blogs using a WAP enabled device. Now seeing as 'devices' are a main part of my job new applications such as this interest me. I am a geek, I admit it, or maybe a little bit anyway. Although if anyone else says it, woe betide them ! The actual practical usefulness of this technology is another issue though, I mean how much could anyone actually bear to write on a phone keypad ? But then maybe with a Palm or other such device where you are not having to use a phone keypad and have a more efficient method of writing out your blog. But then maybe you are travelling around and want to occasionally post blogs, and have no other way you can do it. Ok, rapidly falling into depths of geekdom and boredom now ... back to work.
